STEP 1: Call in to get a firm quote on the pieces you need, we’ll email it to you!
STEP 2: Prepare all the details you’ll need to place an order with us:

CHOOSE YOUR:

  1. Suite #
  2. Paper (120 # signature smooth matte or 111# luxe pearlescent shimmer)
    IF WHAT YOU WANT IS DIFFERENT THAN THE ONLINE SAMPLE:
  3. Ink color (from the ink color chart)
  4. Envelope color (click for colors and patterns  or look in swatch book)
  5. Envelope liner + back sides pattern (click for colors and patterns)
  6. Flat backer or backer pocket paper (from swatch book)
  7. Know how many pieces you need of each item
  8. Email the text for each piece to: info@sarahschwartz.com
         Please do not send in a word doc, pdf or other formatted document
         Please type in the body of an email

STEP 3: Call to place 50% deposit, share design detail, confirm your pieces + we're off!

THE PROCESS  |  PHASE 1 | WE GET TO WORK FOR YOU !

  • Within 48-72 business hours, we’ll send you a link to a website page we build for you!
  • You’ll see each piece designed as it will print. 
  • The quantity ordered of each piece will be noted.
  • Colors will be noted.

THE PROCESS  |  PHASE 2 | REVIEW YOUR DESIGNS FOR PRINT!

  • USE THE FORM ON THE PROOF PAGE TO SUBMIT CHANGES TO THE DESIGN TEAM!
  • Changes are processed first in first out and will take 24-72 hours.
  • First 2 changes requests are free!
  • Don’t rush through it, let whoever is going to weigh in, do it up front and submit your changes all at once to avoid additional change fees.
  • Change fees beyond round 2 = $35 per change request.
  • YOU APPROVE THE DESIGNS TO PRINT!
  • Designs approved by Wednesday ship 2 weeks later!
when should i order my invitations

SUGGESTED MINIMUM TIME LINE FOR A STRESS-FREE EXPERIENCE

  •  Your mail date = 8 weeks out from your event date
  •  Have them 3 weeks before mail date to order + add postage (love our free custom postage stamp!)
  • Allow 3 weeks for production and shipping to you
  • Allow 2 weeks for design (more if you are going more customized)
  • Drop dead order date for stress free process = 4 months prior to event date
  • RUSH SERVICE AVAILABLE. 10-14 day turn time from order to ship date. $250 production rush fee.
